Welcome to Neidra Walker Telehealth Practices
These Terms & Conditions  govern your use of our virtual consultation services provided by Neidra Walker, MSN, FNP-BC, Board-Certified Nurse Practitioner  By scheduling or attending a virtual consultation, you agree to these Terms.

1. Services Provided

I, Neidra Walker, provide virtual healthcare consultations specializing in primary care, chronic disease management, women’s health, mental health support, and preventive care. All services are delivered via secure HIPAA-compliant telehealth platforms.

2. Eligibility & Appointments

  • You must be 18+ years old or have parental consent

  • Services available to residents of states where I am licensed to practice (primarily Texas)

  • Appointments are scheduled through our secure booking system

  • 24-hour cancellation policy applies

3. Payment & Refunds

  • Payment is due at time of booking via credit/debit card

  • No refunds for completed consultations or no-shows

  • Late cancellations (within 24 hours) forfeit payment

  • Insurance billing available where applicable

4. Privacy & Confidentiality

All consultations comply with HIPAA regulations. We use encrypted platforms (CarePatron) for all communications. Your health information will never be shared without written consent except as required by law.

5. Limitations of Telehealth

  • Virtual consultations cannot replace emergency care

  • I reserve the right to refer you to in-person care when needed

  • Not suitable for life-threatening conditions or complex diagnostics requiring physical exam

Emergency Notice: Call 911 or go to the nearest emergency room for life-threatening conditions.

6. Prescriptions & Orders

  • Electronic prescriptions sent to your preferred pharmacy

  • Controlled substances follow DEA telehealth prescribing guidelines

  • Lab orders and referrals provided as medically appropriate

7. Patient Responsibilities

  • Provide accurate medical history and current medications

  • Ensure private, stable internet connection for consultations

  • Follow prescribed treatment plans

  • Report adverse reactions immediately

9. Modifications
