Refund Policy

Neidra Walker, MSN, FNP-BC provides virtual healthcare consultations with the following transparent refund policy:

1. No Refunds for Completed Services

Virtual consultations are non-refundable once the session begins. Medical services are considered rendered services under Texas law.

2. Cancellation Policy

24-Hour Notice Required:

  • Cancel 24+ hours before appointment: Full refund issued

  • Cancel within 24 hours: 50% refund or credit toward future appointment

  • No-show or late arrival (>10 minutes): No refund

3. Refund Timeline

  • Processing: 5-7 business days

  • Method: Original payment method (credit/debit card)

  • Credits: Valid for 90 days, non-transferable

4. Package & Subscription Refunds

  • Unused sessions: Pro-rated refund for uncompleted sessions

  • Subscriptions: Cancel anytime, no refund for current billing period

5. Exceptions (Case-by-Case)

Refunds may be considered for:

  • Technical failures preventing consultation

  • Provider cancellation (100% refund or reschedule)

  • Documented emergencies

Contact us within 48 hours for exception requests.

6. Non-Refundable Items

  • Prescription processing fees

  • Lab order processing fees

  • Administrative messaging fees

  • Digital downloads (treatment plans, forms)

7. Dispute Resolution

Contact us first to resolve issues. If unsatisfied, contact your credit card company.
